These terms govern your use of the Simple Gym Tracker app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
The service
Simple Gym Tracker is a workout tracking app for iOS. Core features (workout scheduling, exercise library, live logging, up to 3 routines, and 14 days of history) are free to use. Optional Premium features (unlimited routines, full history, CSV export, custom categories) are available via an auto-renewing subscription.
Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your iPhone's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. All purchases are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit; Simple Gym Tracker never sees or stores your payment details.
Your data
You own the workout data you create in the app. It is stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or misuse the app, or to use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functioning for other users.
No warranty
Simple Gym Tracker is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The app is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice — consult a qualified professional before starting any training program.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Gym Tracker and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or injury sustained during exercise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
